- The APC fee is non-refundable for the accepted manuscript, this fee covers the administrative costs associated with the initial review process. No cancellation for APC paid after acceptance of manuscript.
Refund requests for APCs will be considered in the following circumstances: - Double Payment: If an author has accidentally made a duplicate payment for APCs, a refund will be processed for the extra payment.
- In the event of a technical error or payment processing issue that results in an unintended payment, we will investigate the matter and, if verified, issue a refund promptly.
